Children need proper nutrition for growth and development of the body can run well. However, many foods are now very low instances of unhealthy nutrients actually favored child.  The flurry of parents and lack of time often makes the child should be given a variety of unhealthy foods, such as food packaging, instances or junk food.

1. Chicken Nugget (chicken nuggets)
Food is usually included in the children’s favorite foods. Chicken nuggets is unhealthy food because it contains a lot of salt and high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS or fructose corn). This food is low in nutritional value and high in calories and fat.

2. Fried potatoes (French Fries)
These foods are high in fat, high in calories, sodium (salt) and fried with hydrogenated oils that contain trans fats. In addition, research has shown that heating starchy foods like potatoes in extreme temperatures to create a carcinogen called acrylamide, which can trigger cancer.

3. Soda and other sweetened beverages
Sweet or carbonated beverages high in calories derived from sugar and carbohydrates. When the excessive consumption of this drink can cause obesity and tooth decay in children.

4. Sugary Cereals
Some cereals are added with preservatives, chemicals, hydrogenated oils and artificial coloring. Choose whole-grain cereal as breakfast is the best choice for your child.

5. Pizza
Typically use a sausage pizza toppings, the meat may be carcinogenic nitrates and nitrites. Extra cheese also will add extra calories. If you want to eat pizza, you  should select wheat pizza with a topping of chicken without skin, vegetables with a little cheese.
