Restore Your Spirit with Exercise

Naturally, human beings were created to become active. Walking, running, and dancing, should be part of his life. However, it turns out in the present, most of your life more spent sitting quietly, like too much sitting at your desk, in front of the computer and in front of the television. Maybe you think saving energy means saving move. Yet it is wrong.

A less active lifestyle can make you lose muscle mass and may feel tired more quickly. When you’re tired, you lazy to move. But when you are less mobile, fatigue is also easier to attack.
