Cardio or aerobics, is a type of exercise that serves to strengthen the heart and lungs. Movements in this exercise makes the heart beat faster and increases blood circulation in the body.

Physical exercise is usually done to burn excess calories and fat in the body. Cardio exercise can also reduce the risk of various chronic diseases, weight control and improve mood.

Therefore, many experts recommend to do aerobics every day. To gain maximum benefit from this exercise, you should notice its duration. Too long cardio workout, will make panting from lack of oxygen.
